flexible reliable connectivity and also included was
a conference centre, catering and recreation activities.

Acquisition and development of an existing factory conversion

integrated technology for Egmont magazines a leading
publications marketing business based in London’s
West End. The new facility incorporated open plan areas,
offices, conference rooms with audio-visual and video-conference
capability, staff facilities and a data network.
Wembley Housing Group
Acquisition and development of 27,000 square feet of
high performance up to date office space and car parking
in Wembley North of London for one of the largest Housing
associations in the south east of England. The existing
building floor space was redeveloped to produce new
high performance cost effective and supportive office
space for up to 250 people including, customer areas,
reception, board room, conference and meeting suites,
open plan offices and a data centre supported by an
efficient secure data network.

at La Moralaja. The building was dilapidated and required
to be redeveloped into a resilient back up data centre
with specialised training suites and a customer centre

for up to 120 staff with hoteling hot desks and shared
desk arrangements the facility was supported with the
latest WAN LAN and wireless network with audio visual
marketing suites.
