Acquisition and development of 27,000 square feet of
high performance up to date office space and car parking
in Wembley North of London for one of the largest Housing
associations in the south east of England. The existing
building floor space was redeveloped to produce new
high performance cost effective and supportive office
space for up to 250 people including, customer areas,
reception, board room, conference and meeting suites,
open plan offices and a data centre supported by an
efficient secure data network.
